     We the staff at BTMRA would like to thank everyone who attended the first BAMA-TENN Mower Racing Association meeting on January 13th. Your input was greatly appreciated!

     The Officers for the BTMRA are as follows: George Herrin-President, Larry Favors-Vice President Stacey Herrin-Treasurer, Jeannie Riley-Secretary. Joe Woodside will be our head Tech with Jeff Taylor volunteering to help Joe when needed! Thanks Jeff!!!

     Kenny Thomas was asked for Chief Steward but has not replied. (News Flash Kenny called today the 20th of Jan. and accepted the chief steward position). Also we asked if anyone wanted to be considered to fill the 5th position on the board. Brandon Cromwell was the only one that step up for consideration. The existing board will make a final decision on this matter. We are also looking for volunteers to do registration and score keeping!!!

     The Rogersville track is underway!! We need some metal fence posts if anyone knows where we can get some. If anyone can help in that area please contact Larry Favors at 256-247-0176 or email at .

     March 17th there will be a Test and Tune day from 12:00 until..? Also a swap meet for everybody and free to the public from 8:00am until...? This will be an ALL DAY EVENT!!! So everyone bring what you can!!!

     Race Schedule has been posted under BTMRA wesite...,39.0.html . On march 30th in Corinth, MS. at the Crossroads Arena there will be a mower racing exhibition it is not part of BTMRA or sanctioned by any assoc. It will be a paying race. If anyone is interested please contact: Alan Kuntz662-420-2003. This  race is an exhibition only, it is not club affiliated.
