I am Larry Favors, former founder and President of the Bama-Tenn Mower Racing Association.  We are based out of Rogersville Al. We are sanctioned under the United States lawn mower racing association there website is Venue agrees to:[/b]

   Comply with all BTMRA technical specifications and insurance requirements.

   Allow placement of BTMRA Sponsor signage throughout the racecourse area.

   Procure trophies for Top 5 winners in each class:  Stock, Kids Super Stock, Adult Super Stock, Mini-Sportsman, Sportsman, Super Sportsman, and Pro-X. Last 4 classes formerly known as, A/P, S/P, BP, and F/X. New class yet to be named.

   Procure a minimum of App.300 hay or straw bales for use in course construction.

   Procure an ambulance to be on site at racecourse at all times mowers are on the track.

   Provide a water truck and equipment to water and smooth the racecourse at the discretion of the BTMRA Staff.

   Provide 5-6 volunteers to assist in course set up.

BTMRA will provide:

   Advance site inspection by BTMRA official.

   Will Provide guidance in areas including, but not limited to, course layout and construction; procurement of racers; technical inspection of racers; rules & regulations; publicity; corporate and media sponsorship procurement.

   BTMRA officials will be on site to assist venue with set up of track and BTMRA will run the race.

Other items for consideration

   A signed Agreement between BTMRA and Venue will need to be executed if you like or as I have in the past years with venues a verbal agreement and handshake will be sufficient. This is at your discretion
