Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly
proclaiming . . "WOW ---What a Ride

BTMRA staff wants to thank all the racers and fans that attended our very first points race, considering the weather we had a great turn out. Track was good this week, every time we race on it only makes it better, faster and enjoyable to all!! We had a large turn out of kids race this weekend which we think is great. They had a ball. We have a good bit of super stock mowers this year, also have enough mowers in the other classes to put on a good show. BUT always need more mowers, the mower the merrier!! Our rookies this year seem to be a great bunch. We had only a couple of cautions and very few restarts which shows our team work. We want to thank the Red bank fire department for the water trucks, they also done the announcements for each class ect. The ladies of the fire department set up concession stand with burgers and dogs, chips n dip donuts and all kind of other goodes.  We'll have to say our volunteer attendance was out standing all our spots were filled. Greg's ambulance service of Lawernce Co. they keep two Emt's on site at all our Bama home track races. There help is a must we can't race with out them. But hope we never need them. We want to thank everyone for taking care of our track, there has been very little trash ect around track area after race. Also want to thank registation volunteer's and score keeper for a job well done!! SO keep the good work up and lets have a year full of racing and fun! THANKS BTMRA STAFF
