Over all view. basically all we have left to do is wire it chain guards fuel tank run brake lines and bleed and mount hood. its coming out real good. We used deck halves same deck as on the Super Mod Twin. Love the look. Mid 70 box frame fenders got those from rooster. Steering column is from Jegs 3/4 hollow tube. steering suppoerts is from a cut up Kart chassis. And what we are most proud of the uxhaust exits the grass chute. While running it will look like the deck has the blades turning. better pictures below.

Side view gonna be a nice ride we think. We built it around Jake as he will be driving it the most and Joe woodside will drive it till Jake takes over. has an EC steering wheel and a ARC quick release hub. Had to make an adapter so it would work with the 3/4 shaft. Used a 3/4 pully hub from TSC and weld a washer that fit the shoulder then drilled and tapped for steering wheel bolts.

a look from the rear

Here is the steering linkage setup. Its just like the Twin works great so why change.

a more up close look at the exhaust. Trying to keep it a free flowing as possible and think we did so it is 1-1/4 O.D and as you can see in the next two pics will exit thru frame into the grass shute of deck.

here you see it going thru frame, the clamp holds it to the section going thru frame which is welded to frame.

Outside the frame in the grass chute is the end of pipe. Should sound great and look cool blowing the dirt from the chute of deck.

here is the flywheel side of motor as you can see it sits down low in chassis and will help with the low center of gravity yet will be easy to remove and work on.

Jack shaft is APS  but I used 1" bearings hold up better... Used bushings from TSC to shim down to 3/4 used a hub and aluminum sprocket from APS bolt on split 3 bolt easily changed. primary chain is 35 secondary is 40.

View from rear sprocket and chain is close to wheel but thats not a bad thing either.

here is a view of the rear chain setup under the fender with tire off

and lastly a look dwon the chain towards jackshaft sprocket.

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly
proclaiming . . "WOW ---What a Ride
