January Club Meeting

OK, Date and time is set. Saturday 23rd at 12.00 noon eat at 12:30 and meeting starts at 1.00. At the cabin anyone needing direction just let Larry know.

We need as many members as we can show up so we can make 2010 the best race year ever. So anyone that see's a club member please remind them of the meeting. Jeannie will try to send of flyers through the mail. There are many issues that need to be voted on so everyone please come!
As far as the food mom has a stove in the cabin now so we can heat anything that needs heated. I thought finger foods would go good but bring as you please.

 Per Larry............Everyone is welcome to bring items to sell and trade to the meeting. There plenty room for this at the cabin. If you do bring please come and set up early so it want interfere with the meeting. There's always time for gossip after business is done. If you want to post some items to bring on the fourm feel free.

I am not sure I understand your question, If your asking for detailed by minute list of the discussion to take place You will have to be at the meeting. Not being a smarty here. BUT as I stated above rules schedule and anything else that is brought up. Thats the agenda AFTER we eat of course, and simply an opportuniy for us to get together.

I was just wondering if there were going to be any changes in insurance, rules, etc. that was going to be discussed. Last year at the meeting, changes in insurance was was brought up. We (club) tried to come up with answers on the fly as to how to cover extra costs for insurance. I am asking if things along these lines are going to be discussed and/or voted on everyone should know in advance to have ideas ready before meeting. Thanks

We still have to pay for insurance. No change in that. It still has to be payed for along with tropies. This will be discussed. Rules and scheduling will be discussed. I cannot give you a detailed  per subject per item list that will be discussed. Even I won't know that till the weekend of the meeting as we are still waiting on the development of things ourselves.

I want to thank everyone for the great turn out and the good participation in our club meeting. Myself and Larry and Jeannie truly appreciate it. Was good to see everyone again also. These winters make for a long time between races.

I am however going to Mo. feb,5th and 6th for an indoor event. Can take one with me Jake isn't going. Help a lil with gas and pay your race fee. If anyone is interested. Will be an indoor event on dirt.
