Racers I made a discovery tonight out in the shop working on some intek heads for a fellow racer. Want a 8000 rpm motor you must have a valve train that can stand up to it. Lets face it the stock rockers are junk. 6500 at best and who knows for how long. Use EC dual spring kits and roller rockers and you will have a bullet proof valve train. Yup you heard me roller rockers they are out there and unless someone stimbled on it they simply don't know it. BUT the rollers made by http://www.performancevtwins.com/ for the late model 97 or later Vanguard V-twins is will bolt right on. use your orignal rocker stud and you have a set of billet roller rockers.

this is interesting. Do you have any idea of what ratio a stock rocker is and what the roller rocker is?  Just wondering.   Thanks  Johnboy

Ya, that would add 45 thousandths to the cam. A 1.5 would add 15 to it. Just thinking.
