Racers/Members I have only had two responses if no one has any ideas I don't do not want to hear any complaints as to where its held. The meeting room in Hohenwald is free. If we meet somewhere else like Cracker Barrel in Columbia which was one suggestion I recieved it will cost. If nothing more than a meal on you not BTMRA. This has been done before but only as a staff meeting. We ate then held the meeting outside. If alot show up this would make it difficult. So please your thoughts are being asked for.

We are going to be there no matter where it is held, but if we had to choose we would have to go with Hohenwald....

OK while the pole shows Hohenwald, adding up the phone calls and the choices before the poll was implemented the result is rodgersville. HOW does the first Saturdy 2pm in Feburary 2nd sound. Any opinions. One week to voice your opinions then invitations will be mailed out.
