which way should this sprocket hub be mounted? I think I heard that if it installed backwards it will brake real easy. Thanks for your help. johnboy

It has to be installed on the axle in the manner that you have it in the picture, in that when on the axle it pulls against the ribs persay I hope this helps. Lloyd

Looking at the picture imagine you are looking from the drivers side. As the picture stands the top should be going toward the tranny.
